Each player is permitted to hold only one active skyph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without prior notice.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the skyph platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the skyph website or services.
1.2 By creating a skyph account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any skyph service, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the skyph platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a skyph account:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) skyph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. skyph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. skyph may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. skyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify skyph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
3.5 KYC Verification. skyph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. skyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your skyph account dashboard and are subject to change. skyph reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for deposits, where applicable. skyph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the skyph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
4.5 No Cryptocurrency. skyph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or process cryptocurrency withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected and the funds may not be recoverable.
5.1 skyph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. skyph reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 skyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the skyph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within individual game information panels.
6.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on skyph's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
6.3 skyph reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
6.4 Players must not exploit bugs, errors, or unintended features in any skyph game. Any winnings derived from the exploitation of such errors are not valid and will be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the skyph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the skyph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any skyph content without prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, skyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the skyph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 skyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your skyph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 skyph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. skyph shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events.
10.1 skyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Players can access deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion directly from their account settings.
